At MUOSHA, we carefully prepare each order before it makes its way to you. 🍒

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are shipped via USPS.      

Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping is $8.00, with FREE standard shipping on orders of $70 or more. Express Shipping is available for $15.00. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information using the contact information provided at checkout.

Shipping Delays
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of MUOSHA’s control may occur.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors, and contact USPS for assistance.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact MUOSHA and we will do our best to help you with the next steps.
